One More Thought
One More Thought
A night simulation game about what happens when you try to sleep… but your stomach refuses to let you.
You are in bed. The lights are off. The house is quiet. And somewhere in the kitchen, there is something calling your name.
The Game
One More Thought is a psychological night management game about the small war between your body and your sleep. Every craving, every impulse, every "just one more bite" — it all adds up.
Five stats define your night:
- Sleep — your main goal. Reach 100 to survive until morning.
- Phone — rises when you start scrolling food apps or texting at 2 AM.
- Hunger — builds quietly in the background. Ignore it too long and it takes over.
- Sugar — spikes with every impulsive craving you give in to.
- Overthinking — grows from guilt, cravings, and the silence between them.
Every event gives you a simple choice. Each choice shifts your stats. Small decisions stack fast.
How It Works
The night moves in phases. Cravings start small and get harder to resist as morning gets closer.
The game responds to how you play:
- If you are managing well, the pressure increases.
- If you are struggling, the game gives you room to recover.
The goal is not perfection. The goal is making it to morning.
Endings
There are 10 possible endings based on your final stats:
- Peaceful Sleep — you made it. Real rest.
- Doomscrolling — the phone won the night.
- Starvation Night — hunger went ignored for too long.
- Sugar Crash — one craving became many.
- Mental Collapse — overthinking broke through everything.
- Sleep Paralysis — the mind and body pulled in opposite directions.
- Shopping Spree — impulse took the wheel entirely.
- Burnout — every stat drained to nothing.
- Anxiety Attack — everything spiked at once.
- Zen Master (secret ending) — perfect balance across all five stats.
Structure
- 110 total events
- 3 phases: Early Night → Midnight → Almost Morning
- Over 100 possible paths depending on your choices
About
One More Thought is a small simulation of something almost everyone has felt: lying in bed, knowing you should sleep, and being completely betrayed by your own appetite.
It is about cravings. About guilt. About the negotiation your brain runs at 1 AM when it wants something cold and sweet and you know better but you go anyway.
Small choices. Long night. One more thought.
